AM Engineering, LLC.has been providing civil engineering and land surveying services in the Sarasota Community since 1986. AM Engineering has provided these services to numerous commercial land development projects over the past 36 years. These projects have consisted of both new development and re-development of existing sites. Most of the employees at AM Engineering, LLC live in Sarasota County and we take great pride being associated with local projects.
AM Engineering is a medium-size consulting firm that specializes in the design and construction of residential and commercial land development projects including both large- and small-scale stormwater management facilities, water distribution systems, wastewater collection facilities, roadways, parking facilities, site grading and complete surveying services. AM Engineering has provided engineering services on hundreds of land development projects in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte and DeSoto Counties.
Numerous land development projects have put AM Engineering in constant contact with the local, district and regional staff of the Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest Florida Water Management District, FDOT and FEMA as well as local City and County Agencies.
